April 3 - The Easter Vigil in the Holy Night

Fr. Stephen preaches about how the cross and the resurrection is the center of all history. God chooses to have us participate in his death and resurrection. The empty tomb is a sign of hope, that Christ has been raised and that we will rise with Him! 

April 2 - Good Friday of the Lord's Passion

Fr. James shares a story of hospital ministry and how he accompanied a woman in saying goodbye to her husband as he is about to die. In the lowest place, Jesus gives himself to the Father. Christ is in the midst of the brokenness, Christ has taken on all the depths of human experience and He reorders it with love. 

April 1 - Holy Thursday

Fr. Malachi preaches about how the master/slave dynamic is broken in the readings for today's Mass. In the first reading, the Passover is an example of this. In the Gospel, Jesus turns upside down the master/slave dynamic. Jesus gives a model of service in washing the feet of his disciples. Jesus gives us his body to give us eternal life. 

March 31 - Spy Wednesday

Fr. Chris preaches about the paschal mystery and how we enter into this mystery during the approaching Holy Triduum!

March 30 - Tuesday of Holy Week

Father Jason preaches about today's readings and how they are all about love, the relationship between God and his children. 

March 29 - Monday of Holy Week

Fr. Stephen preaches at the beginning of Holy Week about the prophecies from Isaiah and how they show the humility of God. Fr. Stephen also reflects upon the Gospel reading how Judas judges the action of Mary pouring out the perfume instead of looking at her heart and her intentions

March 28 - Palm Sunday

Fr. Stephen briefly reflects upon a few characters in the story of the passion, especially Barabbas, Simon of Cyrene and the Centurion. He then encourages us to see which character we are in the story as we enter into Holy Week!

March26 - Friday of the Fifth Week of Lent

Fr. Jason preaches about how God speaks to us in scripture, how it is a guidebook for life. People who have suffered and gone through awful things are able to teach us how to live well.
